<A clinical case 2>

It is the clinical case of the bridge of the usual incisal tooth which contains a canine tooth. When it is like this, a reference on the model becomes vague.

I am sorry. It was forgotten to take a photograph inside the mouth.

It is this model. It is a bridge to the left Upper canine tooth from the right Upper second incisor tooth.

It adapts the occlusion rim in the dentate Arch in the mouth.

By using the occlusal plane plate, adjust a front view to intersect vertically in the median-sadittal-plane, and adjust a lateral view to become parallel in the Camper's line.

Measure a distance to the the incisal angle of the incisal tooth from the arbitrary hinge axis point, it is transfered in the Articulator.

It transfers the distance measured with the patient in the Articulator .
It is a distance to the incisal tooth department incisal edge from the arbitrary hinge axis point.
Put an occlusion rim in the dentate arch on the template (occlusal plane support unit) set on the Articulator.
Then, the upper jaw model is mounted.

On that occasion, write down an an anterior median line from the patient, and write down an a posteior median line in the occlusion rim in the dentate Arch on the model.

By this, the upper jaw model is mounted with the environment which is the same as the condition which a patient is presumed directly by an Articulator.

If a wax up is done in accordance with the template (occlusal plane support unit), the position of the incisal edge is only good.

No thing needs to be worried about a tooth shaft, a tooth length, and others.

An occlusal plane by the occlusion rim in the dentate arch employed first can reappear as it is in the prosthesis.
