Our thoughts and ideas on dental treatment

The time when the term gdentistryh simply meant emergency treatment is now almost at an end.

IIs it fair to say that dentistry in the past consisted mainly of fixing mouths and teeth in a state of bad repair?
You might think that that would be an easy task.
But in those days, did the concept of diagnosis actually exist?
Did they ever really get to the root of the problem, or predict the patientfs future oral health?
And did the dentist explain to the patient what they should do and how to do it in order to attain good dental health?

In order to achieve this ......

In some instances, treatment takes a long time. Sometimes there are many hurdles to be cleared. With the old-fashioned, somewhat haphazard method of dental repair (and treatment), there may have been trouble that I have never even encountered during my experience as a dentist.

The Necessity of Diagnosis and Planning

We put a lot of time and effort into the diagnostic process. First, we conduct various examinations, examining the teeth, gums, jaw movement and the bacteria present in the mouth etc. This kind of thorough investigation as and when required allows us to diagnose the problem correctly and plan our treatment based upon this diagnosis. This process applies to lifelong tooth maintenance, and includes the exchange of prosthetics.

We expend our full energy for all customers desiring to fix their teeth. The wish for good health, dental or otherwise, is common to us all.

In no time at allc

The right dental technology and materials are a means to an end, but their usage is certainly not an objective in itself. For this reason, even though we do use the newest lasers and implants for our treatments, we do not advertise this on center stage. You canft judge the value of a dental clinic simply by its tools. Of course, there are many times when our high-tech tools are essential in fixing a difficult problem, but simple tooth decay also uses the same treatment.

The aim of dental treatment is good all-round health.

In 2003, individual responsibility for payment of health services rose from 20% to 30%, with National Insurance now covering only 70% of total payment. Even disregarding the current uncertainty with regard to social security, it is going to become more important than ever for doctor and patient to work together to achieve and maintain individual health.@@kumasaka
